Monday, November 30, 2009 look #5 ok so i just scratched my lower ee and now it really hurts. Damn it! anyways this is the 5th and SECOND LAST LOOK of dal's formal makeup series. this is sort of my attempt at combining gold and blue (her 2 feature colours) into her eye makeup. the gold inner eye on both eyes are not very even just because i rushed it a little because i have a music assignment due 2moro and as usual, i procrastinated like a motherfucker. so yeah enjoy and cbox me bitches ciao xoxo ps. my eyelashes are naturally not that long so in these looks i apply 2-3 coats of mascara.. dalena is obviously going to be wearing fake lashes as well to add an extra level of depth to her look. I havent been putting fakies on for any of my looks because i just wash it off after i post up the blog and so it would be a waste. HOWEVER, if you would like to re-use ur lashes and you also want to wear mascara on your natural lashes, then do the following (if you already dont know what to do of course): curl your lashes apply ONE coat of mascara ONLY. ONE COAT ONLY apply your fakies apply 2 more coats of mascara (or as many coats as you feel necessary) on your NATURAL upper lashes. try not to get any mascara on the fakies as this will decrease their longevity. so yeah, when you apply the mascara after the fakies, dont put the mascara on all the way along to the tip of your lashes, just until your natural lashes end. and to make your lashes look thicker: apply mascara as close to the lashline as possible and "jiggle" the wand through your lashes in quick back and forth movement and slowly work your way up, (focusing on the lashline)
